Hispanoalemana’s German chief designer Dr. Daniel Veith and the team of his architecture studio offer complete project development services, starting with the initial conceptual design and the pre-project phase, continuing with detailed architectural plans and 3D renderings, structural, electrical and mechanical engineering, bidding, budgeting and the final definition of the work program and deadlines. We also take care of the whole permitting and approval process with the different public entities and the responsible municipality.

Our construction department employs its own workers and does not use subcontractors. In addition to the complete house building with gray work, roofing, plumbing, electrical installation and finishes, we also specialized in developing lots and larger properties with all the earthworks necessary to build access roads and terraces, electricity and water connections with pump, tank and well installations. As planning and building is within one and the same company group, you will have a single contact person during the whole process, which avoids misunderstandings between you, the designer and the different teams.

FurniCouture, a neologism between English “furniture” and French “Haute Couture” (“high-end fashion design”) provides personalized and exclusive furniture and interior design, inspired by the latest European furnishing and decoration trends. All pieces are handmade by experienced woodworkers using real tropical wood, mainly Cedar, but also Guanacaste, Teak and others, obtained from certified sources and local, sustainable and environmentally conscious suppliers. Steel and glass elements may also be included to create ultra-modern lifestyle artworks.

Hispanoalemana’s own glass and welding workshop is named after Murano, an island in the Venetian Lagoon, center of the European glass production from the Middle Ages to the 18th century. We design and install reliable fixed and movable steel and aluminum framed sliding door and window systems such as M338, Akari, Europa and Europa Plex, in addition to mosquito screens, PVC windows, glass railings, shower doors and cabins, tempered and laminated glass or polycarbonate roofs and pergolas.

Inspired by European gardening traditions, from formal-geometrical Italian Renaissance or French Baroque gardens, English landscape parks until present-day minimalist versions and also integrating the aesthetics of asymmetrical Asian planting design, we develop exterior spaces to integrate houses into their natural environment, with pools, jacuzzis, terraces, sunbeds, natural stone walls and rainwater channels, ornamental stone mosaics and plants, always adapted to the requirements of the tropical climate of Costa Rica.

Although not being Hispanoalemana’s main focus, we created our own property listing and collaborate with several Real Estate partners in Guanacaste to find the lot of your dreams. Over the years we have acquired a vast experience in evaluating lots for their “buildability”, analyzing geological, topographical and legal aspects such as water permits and electrical connections, distances from public roads, water sources and river beds, and have been able to solve several serious issues on legally complicated properties.
