About.

Hispanoalemana is a German architecture studio and full-service construction company based in Costa Rica which combines European design and German quality control to create outstanding postmodern architectural works of art in the midst of the tropical rainforest.
Hispanoalemana belongs to VEITH Group with headquarters in Madrid/Spain, a German-Spanish company group, founded in 2012 by Dr. Evelyn and Dr. Daniel Veith. Operations in Costa Rica started in 2020 with a real estate investment project in Greater San José. Soon after, the company expanded to Guanacaste Province on the Costa Rican Pacific Coast, planning and building luxury homes for European and North American expats.
Hispanoalemana’s CEO and chief designer is multilingual German-Spanish-Costa Rican architectural artist. Winner of numerous national art prizes in Germany, with additional studies in art history focused on architecture, having lived and done business in 7 countries and traveled through more than 90 countries on 4 continents during the last 25 years, Dr. Veith became an expert in intercultural understanding and knows exactly how to get the most out of the explosive combination between the European or North American client’s dream and vision, the architectural interpretation of it and the Central American workforce and craftsmanship.
