Mediterranean-style beach villa with a lap pool entering the house like a channel in Venice, giving access to the water directly from inside. A modern and cubic “great hall” with glass roof, inspired by ancient Roman “atriums” which had square holes in their roofs, features a large kitchen island with pool bar and connects to three pavilions with more bucolic clay tiled roofs, the larger one with the living area and a covered terrace, the smaller ones with the master suite and two secondary bedrooms.
