Future corporate reception and showroom of the Hispanoalemana Company Group, currently under construction on the road from Nicoya to Playa Sámara. In the tradition of European Baroque garden pavilions, the building is a pure architectural capriccio, reviving German half-timbered building technique (Rothenburg in Bavaria has one of the most outstanding old town centers in this style), modernized with steel and glass and taking postmodernist architecture to surrealistic extremes, with a bijou Medieval German “Crystal Palace” placed in the midst of a breathtaking tropical scenery.
